On March 16, Security Cooperation Program Officer delivered
reftel invitation to the Office of the Prime Minister. The
Government of Burkina Faso informed the Embassy on 20 March
of its intention to send two Participants to the seminar:
Colonel Abdoulaye Barro (permanent secretary of the National
Counter Light Weapons Proliferation Committee) and Captain
Oula Coulibaly (Director of Equipment for the Third Military
Region and member of the National Counter Light Weapons
Proliferation Committee). Post is making travel arrangements
in accordance with Department of State guidance.
