(C) On March 19, Pol/Mil Officer delivered reftel demarche to
Mr. Der Kogda, Director of Multilateral Affairs at the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Pol/Mil officer also delivered
a copy of the simplified annual declaration form ("nil form")
and reminded Kogda of the dates of the upcoming eighth annual
meeting. Kogda said he would share the information with the
Burkinabe Mission in New York and get back to us if he had
any questions.
