Senior Advisor for Non-proliferation and Disarmament Dr.
Thomas Gillon said that the government was "extremely
pleased" by U.S. interagency concurrence with Canada's
request to change the performance restrictions on the
RADARSAT-2 satellite. Gillon promised to communicate
directly with his expert counterparts in Washington, D.C.
regarding issues in para three of ref a.
