¶1. (SBU) On November 13, Poloff delivered ref points and
accompanying non-paper to Alkis Ieromonachou, Counselor in
the MFA's Political Affairs Division, Department of
Multilateral Affairs and International Organizations.
Ieromonachou said Cyprus would review the information and
consult with other EU member states about adding the DPRK
entities to sanctions lists.
