¶1. (SBU) On October 21, poloff delivered ref points to
Cyprus MFA European Correspondent Helena Mina in the
Department of Common Foreign and Security Policy. She had no
feedback at present, but welcomed the points, noting it would
helpful to have the U.S. position in mind as ROC position
papers were being finalized.
