(SBU) Neither the Republic of Cyprus National Guard nor the
Cypriot National Police are in possession of Mi-17
helicopters. Two years ago, the Ministry of Justice and
Public Order contracted two Mi-17s for fire-fighting
purposes, but Post believes that contract has expired.
