¶1. (U) The Bhutanese Embassy in New Delhi sent post a letter
from the Fifth King of Bhutan Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck
to Assistant Secretary Bob Blake congratulating him on his
appointment and inviting him to visit the Himalayan kingdom.

Dear Mr. Blake,
I write to congratulate you on your appointment. It is
testimony to your good leadership and achievements that you
have been entrusted with this important responsibility at a
time of immense change in the region.
