(SBU) Post delivered reftel demarche December 3 to MFA
Director of Judicial Affairs. P/E chief noted that the GOC
had not participated in the 2009 votes and requested that the
government consider not supporting the resolution or at least
abstaining, if it did participate. The MFA official had no
substantive comment, but indicated that the GOC's attention
lay elsewhere with other human rights issues it was following.
