Ministry of Foreign Affairs Permanent Secretary Patricia
Rodgers February 12. PS Rodgers said the issue had been
discussed in CARICOM and might be raised at an upcoming
meeting, though she was unsure whether it was on the agenda.
COMMENT: The GCOB continues to defer to an unspecified
CARICOM position on Kosovo (ref B). END COMMENT.
