¶1. This cable is not/not for internet distribution.
¶2. Nairobi will be on minimize for TDY travel during the period
July 20 - August 10, 2009 in the lead-up to and through the AGOA
Forum. Between July 20 - August 10, U.S. Mission Nairobi will not
be granting country clearances for TDY personnel who are not
essential to the AGOA Forum.
¶3. Post requests that AF/EX disseminate an ALDAC message to this
effect.
