(U) Oman has begun new deliveries of relief supplies to Yemen according to both the Oman and the Yemen press. According to the Oman Charitable Organization (OCO),Oman's official aid agency, there will be delivery of 300 tons of food, tents, mattresses and medicine, destined for Sa'ada refugees. According to the accounts, the value is approximately three million dollars. ¶2. (SBU) The aid is being taken by Omani aircraft to Sanaa and distribution to the refugees will be under the supervision of the OCO.
