Ambassador Muhammad bin Ali bin Thani al Khusaibi, the Chief of the
American Affairs Department of the Omani MFA. Ambassador al
Khusaibi agreed that it is a good idea to avoid naming any
particular country and that he hoped for a productive outcome of
the IAEA General Conference. He promised to forward our position
to the Omani delegation in Vienna.
