(SBU) Embassy received June 13 a diplomatic note confirming an Omani contribution of $12 million to address the IDP crisis in Pakistan. This result comes on the heels SRAP Holbrooke's June 6 meeting with Sultan Qaboos bin Said Al Said. The amount represents an increase of $2 million over the original $10 million pledge (reftel) with the additional $2 million earmarked for UNHCR. ¶2.
