¶1. (SBU) This is an action request for human rights verification
required by the Leahy Amendment; see para. 2.
¶2. (SBU) The Embassy requests the Department's assistance in
performing human rights vetting for:
AL BUSAIDI, KHALID ALI NASSER (DOB: 06/01/1980; Omani Passport #
02269556);
AL MAAMARI, HILAL HAMDAN BASHIR (DOB: 04/25/1976; Omani Passport #
02463924); and
AL BALUSHI, SAID ABDULLAH MOHAMMED (DOB: 01/30/1981; Omani Passport
# 01260819)
Of the Royal Air Force of Oman who intend to travel to the United
States from May 1 to August 1, 2010 under the International
Military Education Training (IMET) Program Fiscal Year 2010.
Embassy Muscat has found no information of any kind that these
individuals have committed human rights violations.
