1. (SBU) This is an action request for human rights verification
required by the Leahy Amendment; see para. 2.
2. (SBU) The Embassy requests the Department's assistance in
performing human rights vetting for:
AL SHAMLI, DAWOOD SULAIMAN SALIM (DOB: 01/11/1978; Omani Passport #
02540387)
AL KALBANI, SULAIMAN SAIF HAMED (DOB: 08/11/1975; Omani Passport #
02129545)
Of the Royal AIR FORCE of Oman who intend to travel to the United
States from January 1 to December 31, 2010 under the International
Military Education Training (IMET) Program Fiscal Year 2010.
Embassy Muscat has found no information of any kind that these
individuals have committed human rights violations.
