1. (SBU) This is an action request for human rights verification
required by the Leahy Amendment; see para. 2.
2. (SBU) The Embassy requests the Department's assistance in
performing human rights vetting for:
AL WAAILI, SAID ALI ABDULLAH (DOB: 01/01/1969; Omani Passport #
02202578)
Of the Royal Navy of Oman who intends to travel to the United
States from January 3, 2010 to May 4, 2010 under the
Counterterrorism Fellowship Program Fiscal Year 2010. Embassy
Muscat has found no information of any kind that this individual
has committed human rights violations.
