On March 12, 2009, LES Shipitsina received a telephone call from Aleksey Kisin, the POC with NFP Dipol Company, the intermediate consignee in reftel. Kisin stated that he spoke with JSC Lit Phonon and tried to arrange a meeting for the Export Control Team but was unsuccessful. ¶5.
