Yevstigneeva reported that the MFA had no additional information about the people and entity listed reftel. She said that the delisting procedure started with a notification to the DRC Sanctions Committee Chairman, and that only after that notification could the MFA start the interagency process of finding out whether other parts of the GOR had information about these people. ECON Officer reenforced that the USG would likely be proposing these people and entity for delisting on 24 August. RUBIN
