(C) In a follow-up to ref B demarche, MFA DVBR Second
Secretary Dmitriy Kostychenko told us on August 6 that the
GOR would not participate in a joint demarche to the
Governments of China and Pakistan, but instead would approach
these countries bilaterally regarding the work of the
Conference on Disarmament.
