Suarez said the Govermnent of Mexico (GOM) has not made a decision but said that it places much importance on the experience of the candidates. ¶2. Suarez told Poloff that Licenciado Ernesto Herrera, Deputy Director of Personnel at SRE, is a candidate from Mexico for the UN ICSC election in the Latin America and Caribbean group.
