Hermann Aschentrupp, the Mexican Foreign Ministry's Deputy
Director of the Office of Economic Regional Organizations,
advised Deputy PolCouns May 29 that Mexico planned to vote
abstention on Kosovo's bid for World Bank membership as it
had in the case of Kosovo's bid for membership in the IMF.
