Maseru expects to have a short-term temporary gap in its Executive Office OMS position, the sole OMS at post, due to an imminent medevac for approximately 90 days between December 2009 and March 2010. RMO Pretoria has authorized this medevac to CONUS. With virtually no back up at post for this position and in the run-up to an OIG inspection scheduled for late February 2010, it is critical that we get TDY support to fill this gap. ¶2. Post respectfully requests AF/EX assistance from December 9, 2009 - March 9, 2010. We will scrutinize post housing possibilities to assist in deferring cost of this TDY, should any post housing be available during this prospective TDY.
