¶1. Poloff delivered reftel statement to the Director of the
Europe and Americas desk at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and
International Relations.
¶2. The director, who is new to this position, stated that the
GOL has taken no position on this issue. This is an issue
normally handled by the Ministry's legal department. She will
consult with them and let post know if any further information
becomes available.
