Secretary Abdulaziz bin Mubarak Al Khalifah. He undertook to
convey it immediately to FM Shaikh Khalid, who is scheduled
to meet in Washington with the Secretary next week. CDA made
the same points separately with the FM's aide, Amb. Saeed Al
Faihani. Both officials spoke skeptically of the Palestinian
Authority's capacity to deliver relief to Gaza quickly.
