1. We request the Department's assistance in screening the
following individuals who have been nominated for USG-funded
training, pursuant to the Leahy Act and the Foreign
Assistance Act.
2. The following individuals will attend the Civil-Military
Operations Course at Ft. Benning, Georgia from May 22 - July
9,2009. The names are listed with the surnames first,
followed by rank and DOB:
Unit: Nicaraguan Navy/Army
Rodriguez Jimenez, Javier Antonio; Cpt; 20 Aug 1974
Ramirez, Jose Giovanni; Lt; 20 Mar 1981
3. In order to prepare for the participants' travel, we
appreciate the Department's response by May 15, 2009.
