We request the Department's assistance in screening the following individuals who have been nominated for USG-funded training, pursuant to the Leahy Act and the Foreign Assistance Act. ¶2. The following individuals will attend the Joint Operations Course in Fort Benning, Georgia, from January 27 through April 01, ¶2010. As the U.S. Embassy Managua Leahy vetting coordinating office, we certify that Post has completed its own local vetting and found no credible evidence of gross violations of human rights. ¶4.
