We request the Department's assistance in screening the following individuals who have been nominated for USG-funded training, pursuant to the Leahy Act and the Foreign Assistance Act. ¶2. The following individuals will attend the Maintenance Orientation training in Fort Hood, Texas from November 17 - 21, ¶2009. As the U.S. Embassy Managua Leahy vetting coordinating office, we certify that Post has completed its own local vetting and found no credible evidence of gross violations of human rights. ¶4.
