We request the Department's assistance in screening the following individual who has been nominated for USG-funded training, pursuant to the Leahy Act and the Foreign Assistance Act. ¶2. The following individual will attend the English Language and Ranger Course in Fort Benning, Georgia from November 17, 2009 through September 25, 2010. As the U.S. Embassy Managua Leahy vetting coordinating office, we certify that Post has completed its own local vetting and found no credible evidence of gross violations of human rights. ¶4.
