(SBU) As per reftel request, Post contacted EADS CASA to
follow-up on a post shipment end-use check of aviation
materials (License 05-1000934). David de Teran, Director of
Export Controls for EADS-CASA, indicated to Econoff February
13 that he had conducted a thorough review, and was able to
confirm receipt of all listed items. He also confirmed that
EADS-CASA had shipped all of these items to the end user, the
Brazilian AIR Force. Identifying information was not
immediately available.
