(U) The International Organization for Migration representational office in Spain has sent an invitation informing post of the opportunity for two USG representatives to attend the second "International Experts Meeting on Microeconomics and Migration" (RIEMM) which is to take place March 27, 2009, in Madrid. Post has emailed to EUR/WE (Stacie Zerdecki) a copy of the invitation, which contains additional information on the event. Post would be pleased to submit names of those interested in participating in this one-day conference. Otherwise, post will plan to send emboff/s to represent the USG.
