Desk Officer Tom Reisen confirmed that the GoL does intend to
submit a brief to the ICJ on Kosovo's Declaration of
Independence, and that the GoL intends to do so during the
first week of April. While Reisen did not offer substantive
detail on the content of the brief, Post suspects it will
fall in line with what we are seeking, as the GoL has never
wavered from full support of Kosovo's declaration as legal
and its own recognition of Kosovo as both lawful and
appropriate.
