¶1. Lusaka Financial Management Office respectfully requests AF
bureau TDY FMO rover support. With the growth in recent years at
post and relatively inexperienced locally-engaged staff, we urgently
need an experienced FMO rover to come and assist the Financial
Management Officer in establishing standard operating procedures and
evaluating workload distribution. The preferred date for the
requested assistance is from November 30 to December 18, 2009.
