1. (SBU) Eliska Kersnic, advisor in the MFA's International
Organizations division, told emboff on October 29 that
Slovenia would vote for Lucretia Myers in the November 6
election to the UN International Civil Service Commission
(reftel). She also noted that the Slovene mission in New
York had already received formal instructions to vote in
favor of Myers.
