1. (SBU) Emboffs delivered reftel demarches to Amela Kentric,
the MFA's desk officer for Kosovo and Serbia, regarding
Kosovo's participation in the Corridors of Culture conference
and the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) annual meetings.
Kentric stressed that Kosovo's participation in these and
other regional fora is "vital." She noted that FM Zbogar
during an April visit to Kosovo had urged the Government of
Kosovo to be "more proactive" about such events instead of
waiting on others to intervene. She told us that no decision
had yet been made about Slovene participation in the
Corridors of Culture event in Montenegro or the RCC meetings
in Moldova.
