1. The Government of Slovenia's budget is publicly available,
including specific breakdowns of incomes/revenues and
expenditures per quarter. Because Slovenia receives FMF and
IMET funds, its budget must meet the transparency
requirements of section 7088(c) of the Foreign Operations
Appropriations Act. Post's assessment is that Slovenia's
budget data meets these requirements since the data are
accurate, published in a timely manner, and easily available
to the public online, in print, and by request.
