SUBJECT: BLUE LANTERN REPLY ON LICENSE 050101274

1. (SBU) Per reftel request, Emboffs conducted a
post-shipment check of Ogma Industria Aeronautica de Portugal
(Ogma) regarding license 050101274 concerning aircraft parts
and components sold by Dynatech International Corporation to
Ogma. Saul Pascoal, Ogma's Director for Government Affairs,
confirmed that the parts exported by Dynatech International
Corporation were minor spare parts and components
manufactured by Rolls Royce and Lockheed Martin and that the
parts and component were being used only for the purpose and
by the end-users stated on the license. Per telephone
conversation with Blue Lantern Coordinator December 4,
emboffs requested a sample invoice from Pascoal, which he
provided December 17. That invoice has been forwarded to the
Blue Lantern Coordinator, who indicated that the invoice was
sufficient to comply with this Blue Lantern request.
