Poleconoff delivered reftel information on December 9 to
Sancho Coutinho of the Community of Portuguese Language
Countries (CPLP),which is headquartered in Lisbon. Coutinho
reiterated his belief that CPLP would support an initiative
in Guinea-Bissau similar to those between Crown Agents and
the governments of Angola and Mozambique, but limited CPLP
funding makes a monetary contribution unlikely.
