On October 29 Pol-Econ Officer delivered reftel points to
Pedro Marinho of the Americas Office of the Portuguese MFA.
The same points were also delivered on November 2 by Consul
General to Portuguese MFA Deputy Director General for
Consular Affairs Fernando Telles Fazendeiro. No substantive
response was received.
