On October 19 Pol-Econ officer informed Joao Fins do Lago and
Maria Joao Furtado of the Portuguese MFA Office for
Non-Proliferation of GICNT's Exercise Planning Group meeting
postponement until January 19, 2010, as well as GICNT's plans
to enhance implementation. The demarche was served jointly
with Russian Political officer Alexander Kushch. Fins do
Lago and Furtado replied that Portugal was always glad to
participate and welcomed more information regarding the
agenda for the meeting as well as a schedule for the meetings
to be held in 2010.
