Paulo Teles, Deputy Director for Security and Defense at the
Portuguese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, noting that the U.S.
would provide a fuller debrief of VCI A/S Gottemoeller's
September 3 discussion with Russian Disarmament Director
Anatoly Antonov during the High Level Task Force meeting on
September 17. Teles had no immediate comment, but offered
that Portugal looked forward to the debrief September 17.
