On February 18 Post delivered reftel points to Alice
Rodrigues of the Ministry of Economy, Antonio Cerca Miguel of
the Ministry of Agriculture, Duarte Pinto da Rocha of the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Carmo Palma of the
Environmental Agency. Palma said Portugal will not be
sending a delegation to the meeting but GOP interests will be
represented by Mattias Buck of the European Commission and
Josef Kubicek of the EU Presidency.
