(SBU) We discussed reftel points with Portuguese MFA
interlocutors. They noted that, having recently made the
decision to withdraw the Portuguese contribution, they were
unlikely to reverse course. They said they would, however,
consider the issue within relevant offices in Lisbon and
Brussels.
