Post conducted a site visit on September 17 and confirmed
continued possession of all five monocular model MUM2 GEN III
night vision devices (NVDs) with standard accessories (serial
numbers 011580, 011586, 011587, 011588, 011589). The NVDs
are secure, in good working order, and being used only for
the purpose stated on license 050032902. They are assigned
to the Peruvian Marine Corps' 2nd Battalion, which is
stationed in Ancon, just outside of Lima.
