(C) In a May 26 discussion with Gabonese Ministry of Foreign
Affairs Director of European Affairs Ambassador Guy-Christian
Mounguengui, CDA delivered reftel demarche requesting
Gabon,s support for Kosovo's World Bank application. CDA
thanked Mounguengui for Gabon,s support on Kosovo's IMF
application. Mounguengui noted that the Gabon will
participate in the upcoming election but emphasized that
Gabon,s stance is "not yet finalized." The German and
French embassies delivered similar demarches to Moungeuengui
on the same day, and got similar responses.
