(LOA) AMENDMENT WITH GOB
Post and GOB signed the Face Sheet Amendment to the Letter of
Agreement (LOA) renewing the GOB-USG counter-narcotics assistance
for FY 08-09 with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on April 8, 2009.
Charge d'Affaires Krishna Urs signed for the USG and Minister of
Foreign Affairs, David Choquehuanca, for the GOB. Original will be
forwarded to INL/RM.
