Control and Wassenaar Arrangement officer Artem Vorobyov on
February 13. We drew attention to new information about
Arsenal's continuing activities on geotheodolite and also the
potential sale of MTCR-controlled sensors. Vorobyov had no
immediate comment, and thanked us for our continuing
attention to the issue and for the new information, promising
to have it reviewed.
