¶1. (U) In response to reftel action request number three,
the Embassy's main point of contact for Nuclear
Nonproliferation Treaty (NPT)-related issues is Political
Officer Lauren Catipon (telephone: 011-38-044-490-4114).
Back-up is Political Officer Mark Wood (telephone
011-38-044-490-4501). The GOU point of contact for
NPT-related issues is Counselor Oleksandr Bondarenko, Head of
the Non-Proliferation and Disarmament Section, Directorate
for Arms Control and Military and Technical Cooperation,
Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. His office telephone
