8 to Musaed Al-Sheredah, Ministry of Foreign Affairs Legal
Department official. Sheredah offered no substantive
response, stating he would forward the nonpaper and demarche
message to the Ministry of Finance. Econoffs will follow-up
with Ministry and other GoK officials.
