This is an action request for human rights verification required by the Leahy Amendment; see para 2. ¶2. The Embassy requests the Department's assistance in performing human rights vetting for: BUQAMAZ, AHMAD (DOB: 9-28-1984, Kuwaiti Passport # 002849913) ALMUTAIRI, MESHAL (DOB: 2-27-1975, Kuwaiti Passport # 002543896) ALMERSHED, EBRAHEEM (DOB: 9-20-1978, Kuwaiti Passport # 002476021) who intend to travel to the United States under the International Military Student (IMS) Program.
