required by the Leahy Amendment; see para 2.
2. The Embassy requests the Department's assistance in
performing human rights vetting for:
BUQAMAZ, AHMAD (DOB: 9-28-1984, Kuwaiti Passport #
002849913)
ALMUTAIRI, MESHAL (DOB: 2-27-1975, Kuwaiti Passport #
002543896)
ALMERSHED, EBRAHEEM (DOB: 9-20-1978, Kuwaiti Passport #
002476021)
who intend to travel to the United States under the
International Military Student (IMS) Program.
Embassy Kuwait has found no information of any kind that
these individuals have committed human rights violations.
